Open Division 2 News:

Division 2 has a limited number of maximum teams per event. The maximum number may vary from event to event & you will see this number on each event inscription. Teams who wish to play Division 2 do not have to commit to the season and can play as many or as few events as they wish. However, at the end of the season the top eight teams will win promotion into Division 1 and be awarded a lease without any lease purchase costs at all, thereby allowing your team to progress through the locked league system.

Division 2 plays in a Timed Race Format & the WPBO 500 limited ball format.

→ One Period of 10 Minutes
→ Mercy Limit: 4 point lead

2017 Division 2 Entry Fees: €1250 per event. €1500 inc VAT

Roster Regulations - Unlimited roster. Players CAN switch teams within the Open Divisions.

2017 Division 2/2015 Open Division 1 Finals Information:

If 12 teams in Division => 8 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 16 teams in Division => 8 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 20 teams in Division => 16 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 24 teams in Division => 16 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 28 teams in Division => 16 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 32 teams in Division => 16 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 36 teams in Division => 16 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 40 teams in Division => 16 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

If 48 or more teams in Division => 32 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

48 Teams: Places #1 and #2 of each group qualify, as well 8 Best by Points overall #3 (highest scored 3rd places)

If 56 teams in Division => 32 teams progress to final round of Knock Out system

N.B - For Best-by-Points second, third or fourth places, common tiebreakers rules will be used.
