Q: How do I register my team for an event?

A: Simply visit /teams.php?team=register , select an event and enter your team at https://www.pbresultsonline.com!

Q: How can I pay the Entry Fee?

A: Entry Fees can be paid by Credit Card but inputting your card details at the time of completing an entry form. Alternatively they can be paid by Bank Transfer into our EURO or £GBP accounts:

Q: I have registered my team but cannot see my team on the team list for the event?

A: Did you register outside of office hours? Any registrations received outside of office hours will be processed once we are back in the office! E.g. if you registered on a Friday evening, then this will be processed on a Monday morning.

A: Did you include credit card details? If you have left the payment section empty then the team will only be listed as a “Pending” entry. Once payment has been received you will be upgraded onto the confirmed list.

A: Did you pay by Bank Transfer? Payments can take 3 days to arrive in our bank account. We can confirm entries using a proof of payment. Just email this over to viktoriya.sarantseva@millennium-series.com and we’ll get the team confirmed.

Q: I have already completed an Entry Form and now wish to pay by Credit Card, how can I do this?

A: Our system does not allow you to register for an event more than once. If you did not complete payment details at the time of registering, you need to contact us directly to pay: viktoriya.sarantseva@millennium-series.com

Q: Do I have to Pre-Register as a Player?

A: No, you do not have to, but by pre-registering you will save both time and money so we strongly recommend you do!

Q: I cannot pre register players in my team account. Why?

A: Team accounts are only activated once full payment of the entry fee has been received.

Q: When will Field Layouts be published?

A: Layouts will be published on our website 4 weeks prior to each event.

Q: Where can I find event schedules?

A: Event Schedules will be available online here and updated during events:

Copies are included in Team Packs for all teams attending the events.  They are also available for spectators from the Registration tent throughout the event.

:Q: When does Team registration open?

A: This opens at 12pm on the Thursday. Open Divisions 3 & 4 can also register on the Friday.

Q: When does the Trade Village open?

A: Trade stands will be open from 3pm on the Thursday until Sunday afternoon.

Q: What facilities are there on site?

A: At each event there will be various catering options, a licensed bar, toilets and grandstand seating.

Q: How much are tickets to watch the events?

A: All our events are free for spectators! You can find further information here /events.php?event=spectators. At some events we may charge for main grandstand seating - information will be published on the individual event pages.
