Manchester Firm - Division 1: Champions, World Cup Paris-Disney 2011

"We started the year with our best and most experienced roster of players ever. Gaining 1st places in Paris Longchamp and Campaign Cup but a disappointing result in Germany, we knew we had to come back to France, play world cup and smash it.

We played some very close games against some talented and tough teams. Making several come backs and enduring some real nail biting moments, we achieved our goal. 1st place at World Cup and Division 1 champions for 2011 - an amazing feeling! The guys have worked especially hard this year and it has paid off.

We have to say a huge thanks to our sponsors, without them, what we have achieved simply would not have been possible. Planet Eclipse, for providing the incredible Ego11 and Geo2.1s that we use as well as top quality playing gear, Kee Action sports for our masks and packs and finally RPS for giving us amazing paint throughout the year you could check that most of the team who stood on the podium this year will have been using RPS paint, it's like lasers, Plus we would like to thank JUST Paintball for being there for us this year and of course Rich Harris and Mark from the CPPS, they have backed us now for 2 years with holding the best UK tournaments and practice venue, so if any one wants to come and play with The Manchester Firm we are holding a open weekend on the 29th and 30th of October details our on our facebook page...see you all next year in SPL :)"
