STK Noyabrsk Join Division 1

After an exciting and successful debut in the 2011 European Millennium Series, the owner and sponsors of STK Noyabrsk decided to acquire a Division 1 License for 2012. This will enable the young but very promising players of the first team to gather even faster more valuable playing experience on a higher level.
